Hwamyeong is currently under heavy construction now. There is an entrance and exit ramp being built for the bridge spanning the adjacent river. The ramps are directly infront of Centre View and Centre View Encore apartment buildings, the same buildings that house all foreign teachers that work in Hwamyeong.
Its a nightmare. Impossible to sleep as jackhammers, and drills and smashing steel disturb this once peacefull neighborhood. From sun up to 12am or 1am there is constant drilling, hammering, slamming, beeping, dumping, heavy machine work.
Does anyone know of a multiple bedroon, nice, rental for Christmas. A group of friends are looking to find a place to lounge and make a proper Christmas dinner. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I've been in Busan for some weeks and can't find anyone that plays football or local teams. Does anyone know if there is a local league, teams or 5 a-side competitions at all. I'm missing playing so much!!
Does anyone know where I can get tested for food allergies? I think i'm allergic to eggs now and maybe soy. I'm dying over here since I am a veggie and that's all I can eat sometimes. If they speak English, even better but I can bring a Korean friend with me. I live in Busan but would be willing to travel a little bit.
