Master Yoon's English Hapkido School

Really nice, English-speaking, foreigner-friendly hapkido dojang!

Directions: Get off at subway stop 209 (Gwangan).  Head straight out exit #5.  You will go 3 or so blocks.  You will pass a gas station and a Honda dealership.  The dojang is to your left.  There is a big sign blue, white, and red sign that says English Hapkido School.

Hokkan Japanese Bar/Restaurant

I found a great Japanese bar/restaurant in Seomyeon. It has a moderately priced food and drink selection, a full picture menu, and staff that speak both English and Korean. The food is deliciously prepared by a chef who spent 10 years in Ginza, one of Japan's most popular shopping districts. Moreover, most of the sake and food are imported direct from Japan.

Alex (European Trained Stylist)

Alex's salon is in Haeundae New Town near Youngnam Apartments (near the McDonald's).  He trained in Europe and speaks very good English. He is very skilled, and used to dealing with all varities of hair (curly, blonde, dyed, etc.) I highly recommend him. If these directions sound too complicated, just call from a taxi and have him give directions. His phone number is 703-2242. Sometimes a Korean woman will answer, but just ask for Alex. He is open 6 days a week (No Wednesdays.)

Muay Thai Gyms

I'm looking for a good Muay Thai gym.  I live in Yeonsan Dong so the closer the better, but I'd be willing to travel if need be.  Any suggestions or tips are appreciated.

Airport/Pet kennel

Im moving back to the US in a week and a half, and need to know where to buy a small pet kennel so that I can take my dog on the flight with me. Also, any easy ways to the airport. I can take a taxi, but I live in Guseo-dong and don't know how far or how expensive it can be. Once again, I live in Guseo-dong so any easy ways to the airport from there, or anywhere on the subway line that I can go to buy a dog kennel. Thanks!
