BAND BIOs

ONE DROP EAST hits the trifecta of reggae, funk and soul with a full horn section and groove that dares you to get out of your chair. Winners of LIVES' 2009 inaugural Battle of the Bands this high energy band play an eclectic mix of original music and covers and have been entertaining Busan crowds since 2006. The 8-piece band consists of longtime Busan residents hailing from New Zealand, Australia, the U.S. and Canada. With a name from the “one drop” reggae rhythm, this group has been gigging around Busan for a few years now and doing it all for the love of music. 

LADY GOODMAN were reborn in July 2009 with a new line-up: Roy(Vocal), Jimi (Guitar), Tori (Bass), Peter (Drums), Eugene (Keyboard). Currently, we are performing in our home ground Busan as a local band. Our original tracks are: Pollen, Turning around, Routine, Kensington Market, Reptilian Woman and more. We're always trying to be a joyful band sharing our feelings with others. Peace!!!"

THE HEADACHES are a high energy rock and roll band, combining punk, grunge, and 70's blues rock into one potent cocktail. They play hard and loud and would be sure to scare your grandmother. The Headaches combine the talents of guitar god Robbie Wagner (USA) and Busan bass legend Im Guk (Korea), along with Ryan O'Connel (New Zealand) on drums and Chris Tharp (USA) on rhythm guitar and vocals. They are guaranteed to sear your skin and get your blood pumpin'.
