10 Years in the battlefield는 그 타이틀이 의미하듯 사혼의 지난 10년을 정리하는 앨범으로,2002년 데뷔음반 부터 오늘날 까지 이밴드를 규정하는 카리스마와 에너지로 가득찬 곡들로 채워져 있다.
일관되게 추구해온 원초적 사운드와 폭발적 스피드는 10여년 전 데뷔 보다 더욱 강력해 졌고, 곡에담긴 메세지 또한 부조리한 세상을 향해 무자비할 정도로 솔직한 독설을 쏟아낸다.
