About Koreabridge.net

Koreabridge.net evolved from Pusanweb.com, a community portal for Busan Korea started in 1997 (more about Pweb history here).  While much of our content is still related to Busan, we are getting more and more traffic and content from other parts of Korea as well. The site is now an information portal and media channel for all of Korea, with regional pages like Koreabridge.net/busan and Koreabridge.net/seoul serving as hubs for distinct regions. Koreabridge features Korea-related content (writings, photos,  audio and video podcasts) already being produced online while also providing an space where users can post classifieds ads, events, business & organization listings, and forum questions.  To begin posting, you can register here and then click 'create'. While most of our content is in English, we very much welcome participation from all those interested in Korea, regardless of nationality or native language. A significant part of our mission is to provide an online space where information and opinions about living in Korea can be shared with honesty, respect, and civility.

Some content from publishers will be hosted elsewhere (Youtube, photobucket, blogs, etc) but brought into Koreabridge in a way that allows publishers to customize it further (if desired) and includes a signature space that can be used for their own ads or any other message.  Anyone can become a publisher as long as their content is related to Korea and does not violate our posting policies.  Businesses and organizations in Korea are welcome to post business listings and events for free. Information about text, banner, and video advertising rates and policies can be found on our Advertising Information Page

Koreabridge is always developing and experimenting with new components of the site.  You can help with troubleshooting and tweaking by posting any bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback in the Koreabridge Stuff Forum.
