Busan Brewers

Hello everyone, back in the US I was a happy producer of the fermented arts.  I really enjoyed making my own happy hour delights.  Last year I thought about giving it a try here, but it didn't work out.

This year I was a little more dedicated and have finally got my hands on a nice big pad of Nuruk to use as I please.  Starting tonight my inner brewer gets to come out in full force.

Rainbow Spoon

I tried to take some friends from out of town to the Rainbow Spoon in the Ion City food court only to find out it moved to inside the Busan Global Village.  Has anyone eaten there since the move?  Do they still have a full menu and what are the hours?

Mr. Kim Tae Hwan has realized his goal. He started with a hole-in-the-wall burrito shop , the first Mexican food in Haeundae, and now has a sit-down restaurant in Haeundae. Granted, it is still a small restaurant with a limited menu, but go check out the food.

Located on the first floor (inside of) of the Sea Cloud Hotel (behind the Dunkin Donuts), space 115, he is open from 12 noon to 12 midnight every day except Monday. Phone: 747-6003. He speaks English.

NEW! The Wolfhound Pub is coming to Busan - input requested

The Wolfhound Irish Pub & Restaurant will be opening a place in Haeundae at the end of November and we are looking for advice.

We would like to know want is missing from the Busan scene.

Things to consider are:

Live Music - should we build a stage for live music?

Electronic Music - should we add some decks so we can host DJs?

Dance floor - should we make a dance floor or just have tables?

Food - what kind/type or style of food/restaurant is missing in Busan?

Sports - what sports would you like to see on the big screen?
