The last of the dog days of summer are upon us. In Korea, we call that BOK NAL. Just how do Koreans beat the heat? Well, there are a number of ways, but in this episode of Get QOT!, I'm going to show you three.
Having samgyetang for lunch is a Korean traditional lunch. It's thought that the hot soup will actually help you cool down. I also try two other methods. Having an iced coffee and sitting in an ice room. I wonder which one is best for cooling down?
