The Asia Brief - Sept. 17, 2014

Welcome to The Asia Brief for Wednesday, September 17, 2014. Typhoon Kalmaegi battered Hong Kong and Hainan, forcing evacuations and disrupting businesses. The storm continued over China today. As hong Kong continues to fight for universal suffrage, Macau is beginning to take up a similar position.
