It’s about that time of the year again. Christmas is fast approaching and it’ll be my first year being away from home. I must admit that I miss my family and friends. They are the people that bring me happiness and joy and they are certainly the ones that shaped the person that I am today. 

What really made me realize that I won’t be spending time with family and friends is seeing the leaves change —change in color and size. I think it’s beautiful when leaves fall because it means that the year is coming to an end. Falling leaves mean that a new year is fast approaching— a new chapter in my life, new goals, new attitude. Change.. change is definitely good.
