I’ve been eating cheese on my ramen since my dad introduced it to me at the tender age of 8. I remember making it in the kitchen after renting some choice flicks on VHS from the local grocery store. Obviously, my mom was working night shifts on these days. Now whenever I want to go down memory lane, I just say “치즈 라면 주세요!” (“Give me cheesy ramen!”) I love you, Korea.
