Update: The Fireworks Festival has now been postponed until tomorrow (Sunday, Oct. 28)

As a result of rains that have drenched the peninsula much of the day, the Busan Fireworks Festival has been postponed until Sunday, Oct. 28 according to this BusanIlbo article.  

Halloween festivities (including the W2,000,000 Kyungsung Pub Crawl and Busan Wolfhound's Monster Bash II *) will rock on late into the night regardless of whether conditions.
