POSITION: FINANCE DIRECTOR, KOREA/ASEAN
BASE SALARY: 95M to 120M KRWon
LOCATION: SEOUL

Job Description:
Confidential search for a US based multinational company (biotechnical/medical device/pharmaceutical) that is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (multi-billion $$ company).

Job Responsibilities:
The company’s executive management team will be strictly identifying hi-potential Finance Leaders (Finance Directors to Controller level) from only MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS with S. Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Philippine background.

The Finance Director must be highly promotable to Regional Controller, VP, SVP, and one daya CFO leadership role. We will target hi-performers that show consistent career progressions (i.e., Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager and Controller) from only MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS.

Once hired, you be given increased responsibilities & can move up the corporate ladder. Career opportunities will be
available to top performers in mainland China, Asia Pacific, Emerging Countries, Europe, Latin America & North America. This industry staged for growth during your corporate career & the company is extremely well positioned globally.

• Chapter 1— Finance Director, Korea/ASEAN (with your eyes closed you’ve created the top performing Finance team ensuring timely & accurate reporting, leading M&A and FP&A activities, and supporting business leaders)
• Chapter 2 (it’s your story so you’ll fill in a few hundred pages of results)
• Chapter 3 (promotion to VP of Finance with more direct reports & business responsibilities)
• Chapter 4 (promotion to CFO, leading a subsidiary of a multi-million $ group, & exercised your option grants)

• With integrated business software & hardware systems experience (i.e., Oracle)
• 100% fluent in English & Korean (verbal / writing)
• With BA degrees; prefer MBAs from top schools
• Authorized to work in the S Korea
