Crunchy Seaweed Korean Style


One of my favorite Korean side dishes is the crunchy seaweed...


I am not so sure if this is the correct way on how to do it....
But this is how I did it.

Ingredient:
Seaweed

Sugar
Cooking oil
Sesame oil
Sesame seed

Step 1
Cut the seaweed into smaller pieces.


Step 2
Heat cooking oil and stir fry the seaweed until brown.
Cooking oil depending how oily you want it to be.. i just put half teaspoon.
Also, make sure don't burn the seaweed.


Step 3
Add sugar
I didn't add any salt as the seaweed is already salty.

Step 4
Put away and pour some sesame oil and sesame seeds 
(I just add half teaspoon sesame oil, as for sesame seeds, it's up to you.)


Voila, it's done.

Simple right? 
Great for snack and Korean food side dishes.
