Today, while wandering around, I came across free sample of Patbingsu from one of the famous local patisseries, Paris Baguette.

Anyway, what's Patbingsu (팥빙수)?
It's ice shaved dessert with sweet soft azuki beans, and sometimes topped with fruits and even ice cream.

Topped with Kiwi, Peach and beans, defenititely cool me off on a hot scorching summer...
Reminds me of Malaysia Ais Kacang/Air Batu Campur or known as ABC.
Yes, it have several names which means the same actually.. :)
Difference is that Patbingsu comes with fruits.
Can't wait to try others now.
