Clean your closet.

A month into my second year in Korea, I have been doing a lot of day dreaming about how I will use the time in the next year.

  • Exhibit in several group shows
  • See the remaining 4 National Treasures
  • Camping {lots of it}
  • Go to Jeju
  • Apply to 3 Graduate Schools

There are several junk like things in my way. One was having a space of my own to make art in. That has officially been solved. Graduate school is super intimidating but only because I have little exhibiting experience.  I can fix that.

With the super long winter, I have felt little to no motivation to make things. Lots of movies have been watched. Without realizing it, it was affecting who I am. My positive nature was slowly shifting to a more uncertain negative one. I can see now that the weather gets a tad bit warmer, and my time is spent more creatively, how crucial that is to who I am. I simply can not exist happily without using myself creatively.

Things are clear when you know what it is that drives you. Exactly what it is. Then you can spend the rest of your time figuring out how to remain doing so. Keep all that other junk out of the way.
