My friend told me about the Cafe Cul Com (Culture Community) near Jongno 3 Ga. It isn't necessarily gay, but it is frequented by a lot of younger men, many of whom are spending their time on JackD or Grindr (gay location based applications)
The coffee isn't the greatest, but you do get a free re-fill on iced americanos. Many of the patrons are studying English, so expect to be approached if you look like an English teacher. Maybe your tutoring will lead to something else...
To get to Cul Com, go out of exit 1 of Jongno 3 Ga. Walk straight for about a half a block (past Holly's Coffee) and you will see CulCom across an intersection.
