Busan, round two, has started with a jolt. The adage that the more things change, the more they stay the same, rings true. Some things have left (e.g. buildings in Gwangan, Kim Jong-il, and familiar foreign faces) while some things blissfully remain (e.g. wonderful immigration, fancy hair accessories, and other familiar foreign faces).
