BJJ in Korea: BJJ Lab in Busan

Are you coming to Korea and wondering about a place to train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)?  Well, BJJ is coming into it's own here in Korea with some outstanding talent on the rise.  Korea takes the same approach with BJJ as they do in other martial arts like Olympic sports judo and taekwondo.

If you're going to be in Busan, there are a number of gyms available throughout the city including Tozi/Barbosa Academy of BJJ and Busan Team MAD MMA, home of UFC talent Kim Dong Hyun.

A new gym has recently opened and it is a hybrid of BJJ and Crossfit training.  It's called BJJ Lab and if you're looking for ultimate fitness, there is no substitute for this combination.  Located near Busan (Pusan) National Univerity, owner/instructor Noh Young-ahm has opened a great school that was created in the style of the all-infamous coffee shop ambiance.

If you'd like to find out more, please check out the new website.  It's a great looking layout and Instructor Noh will post technique videos periodically, so stay tuned.  All contact information and directions are clearly listed on the site.  Come check it out and get your choke on!

Directions:
Take the red line (subway) to Pusan National University.  Walk out exit three and walk straight for about three minutes.  You will come out on a main road near a Starbuck's.  The BJJ LAB is directly in front of Starbuck's, across the street, in the same building as ABC Mart and Love in Busan Guest House.  We are located on the fifth floor.
