Back in the day when I was a Masters student back home in Portland, I would ride TriMet to Pioneer Square and trek down SW Columbia to my classes. Frequently, my walks would be interrupted by the production of Leverage. Leverage is a show I admittedly would probably never watch back home. It’s a cheesy television show that runs on TNT about modern day Robin Hoods. It’s a team of previous crooks, led by a previous claims adjuster, that now steal from “bad” people to help those that cannot afford to help themselves.
Since a lot of the show is filmed in Portland, I have become a fan while abroad, because I love seeing the Oregon scenery and (cliché, yes) greenery. Also, I found an episode where I am in the background for a brief second. Yes, like half of Portland students, I was an extra on Leverage. Like a good extra, only I would recognize myself.
If anyone is curious, I can be seen in the background (for a split second) in Season 3 Episode 7. From what I remember, I made around $100 for a few hours of work and the lunch was pretty good.
