Cracker Vs the N word

This post was inspired after hearing some Yanks- "Sceptic Tanks" in a bar the other night.I am curious about why whites can be called a Honky, Cracker, Whitee on TV, and yet the N word is almost never heard. Can someone explain why being called whip cracker is appropriate in today's supposed PC world? Some would say that this having your cake and eating eat. The fact that the N word is used a term of brotherhood,  or endearment amongst the brothers of the USA, is slightly amusing to me.I can't see whitees going "hey Cracker, what's up aihitee (NJ pronunciation) to each other. So does this mean " J-w, J-p, P-ki, or Choink", are acceptable between people of the same race. I can imagine the conversations, "yo my P-ki, wuz up MOFO?". It is funny to hear new age, younger Americans talking in Hip Hop slang, calling each other Dogs. Hypothetically, we all originated from Mother Africa, and are all related by ribonucleic acid. Doesn't the mean that we all N's after all. Therefore, can I call my white Bro a N too?
