Tom Rhodes:

Tom Rhodes is a world traveler comedian. His storied career spans well over twenty years now, which has seen him do TV, live shows, as well as numerous CD's and DVD's. He was signed to Comedy Central in the 1990's, where he was featured both as a comic and an interviewer/host. He's appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and in 1996-97 starred in his own NBC sitcom titled "Mr. Rhodes".

"A mostly natural intellect with a knack for reporting the harsh realities of life with a dark and absurdly optimistic cynicism. " 

Airing this summer Rhodes will be featured in the Showtime stand-up series, Live From Amsterdam (2012). His three half hour stand-up specials include two Comedy Central Presents specials (2009 & 2001) and Raw, (2009) recorded in Stockholm for Swedish
television. 

After making a name for himself in the States, Tom broke into Europe, where he hosted his own late-night talk show on Dutch TV called "The Kevin Masters Show Starring Tom Rhodes." He then went on to host "Yorin Travel", which took him to the edges of the earth and showcased his hilarious, unique style.

An adventurer forging his own path, Rhodes has built a career that not only includes television, but also live CD’s & DVD’s, his own podcast, travel writing and a non-stop tour taking him to every corner of Earth. 

Having released three DVD's and three Live CD's, Laughspin.com named his DVD Rhode Scholar the "Number One Comedy DVD of 2009". As a featured writer of Huffington Post his travel story, " A Tragedy, A Miracle And A Brawl...Welcome to Ireland" got awarded by the Huffington Post as one of the Top 10 Best Travel Stories of 2011.

His own podcast Tom Rhodes Radio was named one of the Top 10 of Best Podcasts of 2011 by Matadar.com. 

Tom Rhodes is the business and knows everyone in the business. He's friends with such luminaries as Dave Attel, Patton Oswald, Dave Chapelle, Marc Maron, not to mention the late, greats Mitch Hedburg and Bill Hicks!

This guy has one of the most interesting careers in comedy and we are lucky to get him in Busan. It's gonna be a hoot!
