swimming lessons (busan)

Hey everyone. Does anyone know of a place that offers swimming lessons in English for adults? I can swim, but not confident at all in my abilities and have very poor technique. I really want to use my time here to become a strong swimmer. And what better time to start than in summer? Any info would be great. Thanks.

E2 Visa outside the UK and KJC School

Hi all

Me and my girlfriend are currently traveling in south east asia with the plan to get a TEFL position in Korea.

We have hit a snag in that our UK documents are not appostilled. We do have all required docs just not appostilled.

One company KJC Schools says that if we send our docs to them they can sort it all in Korea with us arriving on a tourist visa then doing a visa run to japan to get our E2 visa.

Dog Sitter/Hotel/Kennel

hi,  does anyone know of a dog kennel/hotel/sitter that can take a medium sized dog, that walks, feeds, maybe can run in an enclosure - like kennels back home?  It's just for a weekend, but the hotels I've been to are small cages in a pet shop window - not what I'm looking for.  Somewhere in the Changwon, Busan, Masan, Gimhae area.  Thanks,  Adele

Lost and Found

This site should have a lost and found page.

Or...What do you if you loose everything?

Because thats what just happend to me and it sucks.

My entire purse was stolen on Saturday night and now I have nothing.

I am going to the cell phone store tomorrow because apparently they can find your phone using GPS. BUT... I'm not sure if it will work since my phone is dead. I'll let you know.

Also found, if you loose your ARC card you need to bring your passport and fill out an application form at immigration and pay 10,000 won.

Beer tap in Korea

I'm looking for a beer/keg tap.  I can get the kegs, but I can't find a beer tap.  Does anyone know where I can get a Western-style beer tap in Korea?  I heard it is available at some army bases here, but I don't have access to an army base.  Where can I find one?

(Please only reply if you know the answer.  I hate when people offer opinions or commentary to a question that seeks a fact: "Buy soju, it's cheaper."  "Just have one sent from home."  "Just make your own beer, it's easy."  If you can't give a straight answer, just ignore this.)

Gymnastics

Hey,

Can anyone refer me to a gym in Busan? Specifically, a gym geared towards gymnastics (padded everywhere, with trampoline and tons of pads n foam blocks.). One with hours for open gym would be preferable.

Thanks!
