Burger n' Kimchi... no, Burger n' Stroopwafel feast on tasty Taiwanese Noodles right here in Busan at 뉴러우멘관즈 a.k.a. Beef Noodle for Burger's birthday workday!
Stroopwafel and I went with the Hong Shao Beef Noodles (홍샤오 뉴어우멘), Wanton Noodles (완탕면), and Taiwanese Fried Pork Rib Cutlet (돼지갈비 돈까스). Our favorite of the day was Hong Shao Beef Noodles. We highly recommend that you at least try this bowl of noodles if you visit!
The Wanton Noodles were simple, brothy, and soothing. The homemade Shrimp Dumplings (seriously made in house) were insanely delicious as well.
The Taiwanese Fried Pork Rib Cutlet was bursting with flavor, but we just didn't find it on par with the noodle options...
Definitely don't miss out on giving these Taiwanese noodles a try. The Hong Shao Beef Noodles were a delight. We've tagged the location for your convenience below:
