안녕하세요,
저는 사법시험 출신 한국 변호사이자 미국 변호사(커네티컷 주)로
그동안 한국과 미국(LLM, JD), 네덜란드에서 법공부를 하고
한국, 미국, 벨기에에서 일하면서
국가간의 법제도 차이와 로스쿨, 사법시험, 바시험 등의 차이, 근무환경 등에 대해서 많이 생각해왔습니다.
특히 30대에 아이 둘을 키우면서 다닌 미국 로스쿨이 너무 힘들기도 했지만
