Sorry, is this title misleading? There's nothing sexy about this. It's Korean raw fish, aka 회 aka Hweh. We eat it for you, and show you how it's done. Step 1: order. Step 2: eat. It's that easy!
But, no, really: it's really different than Japanese sashimi. Totally different fish and different textures. Some of it's great and some of it tastes like gortforsaken poison. We show you some of the ones we like.
