Traveling can be a fun and invigorating experience. At the same time though, be on the lookout for the ever-present scammer trying to sell you on something. Not quite like a 3 card monty type of thing, but just be aware of strangers trying to befriend you for no apparent reason. I wish I had these words of advice before going to Bangkok because this is exactly what happened to me. Doah!
