3 Ways to Tie Your Judo or BJJ Belt

Website: http://tommyreddragon.blogspot.kr/ In this video I show three ways to tie your judo or BJJ belt - the classic way we all learn in the beginning, the "no crossover" method so there is no overlap behind your back, and the SEOULTEE method (of course) which is the "no crossover" along with a knot that will NOT come undone during practice. I generally use the "no crossover" method. It's completely second nature to me now. Find what works best for you. My advice for competitors is to use the "SEOULTEE" method. Unless you want your belt to come untied for some strategic reason! Train hard, train safe, train for life!
