After 90min yoga inversion practice I did ‘medium(not maximum load)’ deadlift practice.
specially working on keeping perfect form while im lifting up and putting dowm eventhough I lift heavy weigh(in my capacity).
In the video Im lifting 225lbs(100kg) 3reps for my last set and my BW is 132lbs(60kg)
