Sr Technology/Engineering Recruiter – Osan, Korea

Our client engages in the design, manufacture, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits. Its products include etch systems, including dielectric etch products, conductor etch products, and resist strip products, as well as synergy cleaning products. The company markets its products and services primarily to companies involved in the production of semiconductors in the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific, Korea, and Japan.

Job Description: Sr Technical Recruiter

  • Will partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and align deliverables with business objectives
  • Develop strategic sourcing strategies that will develop a pipeline of candidates for key positions
  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, influencing hiring decisions, making compensation recommendations and closing candidates.
  • Source for technical and engineering professionals.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong team orientation, customer focus, passion for recruiting, and the ability to thrive in a high-demand, results-oriented culture. Knowledge of current technical markets, trends and competitors is essential.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success generating candidates through direct sourcing methods
  • At least 3-5 years of experience staffing for high-demand, results and quality/process oriented recruiting environments, preferably in the semiconductor or related industries
  • Ability to cultivate and implement competitive sourcing skills in-house and identify external information resources to target the top-tier talent market
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence with tact while driving for results.
