Sr HR Manager- leading Semicon Capital Equipment JV(US MNC) – Korea

Senior Manager, HR will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies and programs, and building the HR infrastructure. He or she will also partner with US headquarters on adapting corporate wide programs in performance management, benefits, compensation, and HRIS to local needs.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements:

  • 10-15 years’ experience working in Human Resources, including time in a stand-alone role in the high tech industry (Experience working with a US headquartered company strong preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Korean labor laws and employment legislation with a proven pragmatic approach to ensuring compliance.
  • Strong foundation in dealing with a wide range of HR issues including recruitment, employee relations, L&D, performance management but most importantly compensation and benefits.
  • Experience working in Semiconductor capital equipment or Manufacturing industries or high tech industry preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a joint venture / alliance / M&A/ Start-up environment would be a plus.
