If you are living in Seoul, you'll have the chance to see three new films by openly gay director Leesong Hee-il (이송희일) later this month at Indie Plus theater in the Gangnam area. Leesong Hee-il is famous for his film No Regret. White Night, Suddenly Last Summer, and Going South comprise his new queer trilogy. On February 12th and 19th, you can see White Night at 8pm. On the 19th there will be a Q&A session after the film. In March, the film will screen on the 5th and 26th.
Suddenly Last Summer and Going South, two short films, will screen on the other Tuesdays of March (the 12th and 19th). The 12th will have a Q&A session.
To get to Indie Plus, walk straight out of Exit 1 of Shinsa station (line 3) and look for the Broadway Cinema building on your right. Indie Plus is theater number 3.
