Job Description

Major International client looking for multiple SAP HR Functional Consultants to join a large Multinational Corporation on a 12month+ contract. The senior SAP HCM Consultant / Lead will be responsible for delivering SAP functional solutions acting as a senior SAP HCM Consultant. The role will be as a Senior consultant / project manager to deliver the deployment of a template designed SAP HCM solution within the local company subsidiary. It’s essential that the consultant has business level English languages skills and the ability to manage off shore technical resources as well as working against complex functional requirements. Ideally applicants will have minimum of 4 years functional SAP HCM experience and have successfully delivered 3 or more SAP HR full life cycle implementations / deployments. Desired Skills & Experience

Essential -

• Minimum 3 SAP HR experience
• Successfully delivered 2 or more full life cycle implementations
• Strong SAP HR configuration experience.
• Strong English language skills.

Desirable -

• Local language skills – Korean, Malay, Tagalog, Bahasa, Mandarin Cantonese etc.
• SAP HR Sub – Module experience in; PA, OM TEM, Benefits, PD, Recruitment, E-Recruitment, LSO, MBO, ESS and MSS.
