There is a new resource for Koreans in queertopia. Check out Queer Koreans Alliance. 
Their mission statement is admirable:
We are an alliance of organizations devoted to supporting lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender, and queer people (LGBTQ) in Korea and Korean-American communities. We are concerned with a lack of visible allies for LGBTQ people of Korean descent and the rise of homophobia, especially within Christian circles. To counterbalance this negativity which has created so much unnecessary pain, we developed this website to help the LGBTQ of Korean descent.
This bilingual website provides information that would help LGBTQ of Korean descent find hope and a home, a community in which they can feel accepted, affirmed, and supported.
But I've seen a bunch of queer Korean websites that haven't panned out. We'll see if this is any different.
