Randall Park starring in ‘Love, NY’

Actor Randall Park can be seen this summer starring in the short film  Love, NY,  directed by Vincent Lin and co-starring Korean actress, Jae Suh. The super short teaser gives us a flash of Park’s comedic disposition as his character George attempts to converse with Hyun, a Korean tourist, who has stumbled into his empty bar. Problem: George doesn’t speak Korean, and Hyun doesn’t speak English. The short film looks promising with its assumingly awkward and amusing depiction of clashing cultures as George takes it upon himself to show Hyun the best of New York.

Randall Park has previously appeared on TV series such as CSI, MADtv, and Nick Cannon’s Short Circuitz. He currently plays the character “Martin Fukanaga” on Nickelodeon’s Supah Ninjas, which aired its first episode in April. Park also landed a small role in the upcoming feature film Larry Crowne, starring Julia Roberts and Tom Hanks, which will be released on July 1st.
