Job Description

  • Develop & Implement Korea Alliance Partner Marketing Plansincluding the global OEMs, Strategic Alliance Partners, and System Integratorsand ISV partners.
  • Integrate VMware’s strategic solutions focus to selectedalliance partners and drive common go to market plans to ensure alignment ofpartner activity to VMware’s core product rollout and focus.
  • Act as a Partner lead liaison with strategic technology visionto jointly develop alliance solutions around the three VMWare vectors andpromote these new solution offerings to customers and reseller partners.
  • Define Market Opportunity with partners by Identifying customerneeds, strategies and value propositions through market research for cloudservice offerings, with segmentation analysis and deep customer relationships
  • Develop a clear channel communications strategy and go-to-marketplans
  • Implement multi-regional VMware channel Campaigns
  • Create Demand & Leads for VMware products so as tosignificantly contribute to the pipeline

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Will have held senior marketing position with a software vendor,minimum 7+ years partner marketing experience
  • Has implemented marketing strategies and produced the associated marketing programs, collateral or products, with proven results in a Two—tier distribution model
  • Has implemented or worked in co-marketing programs for alliancepartners based on offerings, Marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of the Channels Business
  • Works equally well with business development, Channels, productmanagement and engineering. And Capable of working closely with customers, bothchannel partners and end users to represent the company and products
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and strategic thinking skills andthe ability to translate those skills into creative, marketable programs. Firstclass presentation, communication, planning, people management and leadership skills
