My man Larry Flynt!!!!!!

This is the home of Flynt Publishing.  It is located on the Southwest corner of La
Cienega and Wilshire on the cusp of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.  On the
Northwest corner is my mother's Law Office.  Since I drive my mother to work
every morning, Monday through Friday, I see the Flynt bldg. daily.  On the
Southeast corner stands the SABA Theater where I saw Jerry Seinfeld perform
back in April 2010.

On the Northwest corner is a Porche dealership where they have the new 2010
Panamera, the first true 4 seater Porche.  Panameras start at $81,000 or so I'm
told by the dealer with whom I spoke the other day.

Larry Flynt's life was portrayed in very entertaining fashion in The People Against...
movie by Milos Foreman starring Woody Harrelson and Courtney Love and Ed
Norton. It is sad, because it wasn't THE PEOPLE, it was Keating, who ended up
robbing the life savings of thousands of Americans in the S&L milking of decent
Americans; and the very unreverend Jerry Falwell who pushed for Flynt's
imprisonment and probably financed the execution type sniper who crippled Flynt.

Flynt is relevant to me, not only cuz I pass by his Office daily, but cuz I recently
pitched his people to publish Culturebook MMX, my new book.  They turned me
down.  I'll probably try again.  They didn't even look at the book!

I remember in the 80's when this great oblong glass building was Great Western
Bank.  GWB, now defunct had one of the first READY TELLERS, what ATM's were called when they first appeared.  It was then during Reagan's presidency that GB christened the statue of the Duke.
