This Saturday night (well Sunday morning) Lee Eun Mee (이은미) will be performing at Pulse in Itaewon.
Lee Eun Mee is known as the barefooted diva because she performs without shoes. And she's a diva. You may have heard one of her songs before at a noraebang. I like Nocturne (녹턴):
Although her music isn't what I normally listen to, I love that she is doing this benefit concert for a world free from discrimination. Korea could use some more idols like her. The concert starts at 2 am on Sunday, and costs 20,000 won. I assume you can just pay at the door.
To get to Pulse, walk straight from exit 3 of Itaewon station (이태원) and walk straight. You'll see a big Pulse sign in an enclave on your right. If you hit Mr. Kebab you have walked too far. Coming from Homo Hill, walk down the hill, take a right at the T and then a left on Itaewon Road (the one that cuts right down the center.) Pulse will be on your left after Mr. Kebab.
