Job Description

  • Korean Social Media Research Analyst [Senior and Junior Levels]
  • To lead a team of Social Media Research Analysts in accounts and projects
  • To work on client servicing and research projects
  • To be involved in pre-sales and post-sales support activities
  • To be involved in in-house and external research projects
  • To produce business reports based on clients’ requirements
  • To understand and analyse the issues and trends on the Internet particularly in social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Forums and other Internet community based sites
  • To conduct industry specific analysis and write ups for both commercial and government clients
  • To be able to handle client issues in a timely manner and ensure quality of deliverables to clients

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Preferably diploma/degree in Business (Marketing, Communications, etc) or relevant certifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Media Analysis, Marketing, Public Relations, Search Engine Marketing, etc. Other relevant analytics and research experience would be considered
  • Good command of English and Korean, with a flair for writing. Knowledge of extra languages is a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to synthesize information, extract insights and produce professional reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to keep abreast of the latest social media trends and tools, including Brandtology’s services
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Highly motivated, professional, pro-active and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • To be based anywhere globally to work with a virtual global team
