Responsible to maintain IT Infrastructure of Accenture Seoul office and provide IT troubleshooting and user support

Local Network Engineering(LNE) and Administration

  • Manages local operational activities for data network services
  • Administrates local firewall and proxy server
  • LAN connectivity troubleshooting:
  • Server connectivity
  • Ensures the network and all related equipment are in working condition
  • Conducts regular connectivity Performance Tuning
  • Keeps and maintains cable records and wiring diagrams
  • Perform installation and repair of network components
  • Responsible for modification, repair and preventative maintenance on all network equipment and related systems
  • Performs hardware and software moves, add and changes
  • Manages overall operational activities for voice/data network services.
  • Manages programming/engineering activities for voice/data network design, development, and implementation.

Voice System Administrator

  • Perform required voice systems operations tasks systems including all adds, moves, changes, system programming, reporting, system security and call accounting (IP Telephony, Cisco Call Manager, UM, OCS).
  • Fault monitoring of all voice communication systems including escalation to vendor/carrier maintenance/help desk sections and monitoring of results.
  • Maintenance of documentation including carrier services, extension allocations, system configurations and floor maps.
  • Manage and deliver solutions according to the SLA.
  • Classify, prioritie s and escalate problems to the appropriate voice specialists.
  • Ensure a high level of quality client service is provided to the practice.
  • Provide 2 nd level support for resolution of Telecom (Voice) problems.
  • Manage and deliver Voice related solutions to the firm as project lead or project team member as required.
  • Identify and resolve/escalate all problems, requests and outages to Management as appropriate.
  • Responsible for the technical capability of the Voice Assistant and Analysts, this includes training and ongoing education.
  • Responsible for the administration of the voice system directly or delegated as appropriate.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and innovation, this includes investigation of emerging technologies and associated recommendations and projects

Windows Server Administration

  • Performs Windows server administration setup – AD/DNS/DHCP/ File server / Print server / DFS server
  • Performs System upgrade
  • Maintains integrity of the standard operating system environment
  • Performs system software upgrades

Workstation Management and Support Services

  • Provides technical support to internal customer workstations.
  • Performs evaluation, installation and integration of standard third-party packages and advancement of current systems.
  • Resolves reported workstation problems related to hardware, operating systems, and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research.
  • Prioritizes and updates problem status information.
  • Maintains data integrity and security for workstations environment.
  • Performs installations, upgrades and backups as requested/necessary.

  • Provides technical support to internal PC systems customers
  • Resolves reported PC problems related to hardware, operating systems, and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research

Helpdesk Support

  • Supports and troubleshoots problems for servers, network , client connectivity
  • Supports and troubleshoots problems related with PC including MS Windows, Office and its component(Windows Networking, TCP/IP), H/W, S/W etc

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience in technical support environment
  • Up-to 1~5+ year experience with local office support operations, data communications, basic networking operations and hardware/software support
  • Microsoft operating systems and applications
  • Computer and peripheral hardware
  • VMS(UM), Cisco Mall Manager
  • Local Network Administrator
  • Familiarity with a variety of computers, operating systems, and client/server technologies (ideally platforms used by the firm)
  • Fluent English
  • Well developed interpersonal, communication skills
  • Having service mind and client service attitude
  • Proficient
  • problem solving and analytical skills
  • Aptitude to multitask workloads
  • Korean should be fluent.
