Ingredients:
1 cup of minced onion
1 cup of peanut oil
2/3 cup of rice vinegar
4 Tablespoons of water
1 cup of minced fresh ginger
1/2 cup of minced celery
4 Tablespoons of Ketchup
8 teaspoons of soy sauce
4 teaspoons of sugar
4 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper
Instructions:
1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender
2. Blend on high for 30 seconds until the ginger is pureed
3. Chill
