Role Summary/Purpose:
To ensure that the project completes in time as well as deliver quality jobs for the customers and ensure that the customers are satisfied with the job.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Liaise effectively with customers from the planning of the project, to the execution of the project, as well as the follow up actions to be done.
  • Provide technical knowledge to the skilled labors who are working on the customers’ site so as to ensure that the work meets the requirements of the customers.
  • Perform technical service for installation, maintenance including repair and rebuild, and/or modification retrofits on gas turbines, steam turbines and/or generator equipments as requested by the customers.
  • Provide both internal and external clear, detail and accurate report after the completion of the project.
  • Implement quality control requirements for on-site repair and modification work in compliance with
  • Engineering and Product Development Standards.
  • Explain and discuss schedule details, project milestones, manpower requirements, quality issues, problems faced and tools/equipment to specific GE personnel.
  • Provide installation direction and routine maintenance inspection guidance, including repair and rebuild for equipments with varying sizes and application types.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Degree with specialization in Mechanical Engineering
  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of machinery operation.
  • Good knowledge of GE gas/steam turbines and generators
  • Good sense of safety and security.
