I started my 28 Day Mind & Body Cleanse
Started my day with a simple antioxidant smoothie, blueberries, strawberries, and Pomegranate Rice Vinegar. For lunch I steamed zucchini, eggplant, red pepper, garlic, onion, and mushrooms. A snack later was cashews and berry rice vinegar. I did 15 minutes of relaxing yoga before teaching at 2:20. Dinner can be seen above and is the slightly altered recipe from the cleanse. I used brown rice, black beans, bok choy, mushrooms, zucchini, and raw cabbage and carrots for the topping. Seasoned with a small amount of olive oil, coarse salt, and fresh ground pepper. Pretty relaxed evening, laundry, cleaning laundry room, and playing with Grizzly.
