Circuit is having their re-opening party on Friday and Saturday after a brief hiatus. I believe they've changed their concept, but I'm not entirely sure to what. If you want to see go-go boys, though, that's the place to be.
Gay friendly Myoung Wol Gwon (home to the Meet Market) is having a St. Patrick's Day burlesque show on Saturday, which could also be a good place to spend a queer weekend.
And if you want to celebrate silly Korean romantic holidays, GQ Bar in Jongno has a white party on Saturday for White Day.
