(PART TIME) KOREAN Co-Teachers Needed for NEW SCHOOL in HAEUNDAE

Duties:
Assist during lessons to keep students on task
Correct bad behavior using a positive approach
Promptly answer all parent inquiries in a way that reflects the school well and maintains a positive relationship
Give parents regular updates via phone, Kakao, and email
Ensure students' bodily well-being is maintained (comfortable, hydrated/fed, bathroom breaks, first aid, monitor for health issues or sickness...)
Monitor supply stock levels and order new supplies as needed
Occasionally check books and homework
Occasionally label, laminate, print, collate class materials
Help keep the classroom neat and clean
Co-conduct bi-annual parent meetings

TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Monday, Wednesday, (optional) Thursday: 2 pm-8:30 pm
Saturdays: 9 am-6 pm (plus one weekday shift if desired)

Start Date: April 1st-5th (flexible)

Possible profit sharing of 5-10 percent after a probationary period

Requirements:
Can speak and write well in English and Korean
Bachelor's degree or higher is a strong asset
Experience working with children ages 6-12
Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office, Instagram, Naver Blog, Karrot Market, and any student tracking software/spreadsheets
Strong skills in customer service
First Aid certification and criminal background check required before starting work
Preferred:
Knowledge of TESOL and TEFL principles is a strong asset
Experience with customer service and/or sales is a strong asset
Familiarity with popular curricula such as Spectrum, Wonders, Journeys, Cambridge Series, Bricks Reading, Oxford Series, Accelerated Reading is an asset
First Aid certification and criminal background check required before starting work
