I am looking for a native speaker to teach full-time at my academy. I am looking for someone who has at least three years' experience, is passionate about teaching, and is looking for a long-term position. I'd like the teacher I hire to eventually manage, or completely take over,  my hagwon. Starting pay is 2.5 million, which we can renegotiate after 3 months. You'll be teaching mostly elementary, with 1 middle school class. Work hours are 1:30 to 8:30.
