The Good Food Mood

My name is Brenna Fischer and for as long as I can remember health and nutrition have been a passion of mine.  Let me give you a little backgroud about myself.  Before I found The Institute for Integrative Nutrition I spent years trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life.  As a result I have a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, 2 years experience working as a Behavioral Therapist with Autistic children, time spent as a Feild Supervisor for the weight-loss program Wellspring, and a years experience working with at risk youth in a Wilderness Therapy program. I believe in bio-individuality, which is to say that not every diet or way of eating and exercising will work for everyone. Everyone has their own way of doing things and so does your body. I would love to be a part of your journey in finding what works for you!

At The Institute for Integrative Nutrition I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Are you curious about how health coaching can help you? Let’s talk.  If you don't live near me that's ok!  I am available through skype at brenna_fischer or by phone at 010-2306-2401 (Korea).  I would be happy to schedule your free, initial health consultation for a time that works best for you!  During this time you can also learn more about my training and my unique approach to health coaching.
