BAND BIOs

PINNACLE & THE ANTIDOTE display an exhilarating live performance and have been making waves all over Seoul since February 2009.
Emcee Pinnacle and the stellar instrumental quartet known as The Antidote meld the sounds of rock and hip-hop with the live musicianship of funk, jazz, and blues to create an eclectic style of music that is easily recognizable but not easily categorized.

Pinnacle & The Antidote 는 폭넓은 음악으로 대중과의 대화를 시도하는 뮤지션들이다. 드럼, 베이스, 기타, 키보드, MC 등으로 구성된 이 밴드는 힙합, 록, 블루스, 재즈, 펑크, 클래식 등을 결합시켜, 쉽게 이해할 수 있지만 특정음악으로 분류되지 않는 유니크한 사운드를 창조해낸다. 많은 사람들이 밴드의 이름이 왜 “The Antidote(치료제)” 인가에 대해서 묻지만 답은 간단하다. MC가 미쳤기 때문이다.

ONE DROP EAST hits the trifecta of reggae, funk and soul with a full horn section and groove that dares you to get out of your chair. Winners of LIVES' 2009 inaugural Battle of the Bands this high energy band play an eclectic mix of original music and covers and have been entertaining Busan crowds since 2006. The 8-piece band consists of longtime Busan residents hailing from New Zealand, Australia, the U.S. and Canada. With a name from the “one drop” reggae rhythm, this group has been gigging around Busan for a few years now and doing it all for the love of music. 

KLICKITAT is a Busan-based band that plays an eclectic mix of jazzy funk, funked up rock, and rocked out jazz. The band consists of longtime musical collaborators Gino Brann (guitar, lead vocals), Jim Batcho (drums, vocals), Jesse James Halpern (tenor sax) and Kurt Gough (bass).
