 Illegal selling of Green Groove Festival 2011 ticket is prohibited.

 We will ask for the ticket purchaser’s ID and reference number upon entrance. Please have it beforehand.

 Only ONE wrist-band will be provided per person. Assistance will not be provided if wrist-band is misplaced.

 Once tickets are sold-out, additional online/offline tickets will not be supplied.

 Ticket reservations made through Ticket Monster or Inter Park are limited to VIP Zone Tickets. Non-VIP zone tickets will be 
      available for purchase on site.

 On site purchases are limited to one-day passes only.

 in the case of online ticket purchases, any changes, cancellations, or refunds are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the webstie 
     where the purchase was made.

 All pre-purchased tickets will be given out on the date of the festival on site.

 You must bring your identification card, reservation number, and the reservation confirmation paper in order to receive your tickets.

 Tickets are not transferable to another person.

 You may enter after your ticket has been exchanged with an entrance wrist-band.

 Missing or damaged wrist-band will not be reissued.

 Note that harm or damage caused by personal or other types of ticket sales/purchases (other than sales/purchases from websites)
     will penalize the persons involved in the deal and the festival host/management holds no responsibility for such dealings.

 Illegal ticket sales/purchases may forbid you to enter. Once illegal sales/purchases are identified, his or her reservations will be cancelled
     and illegal participants may be legally charged.

 Cancelling/changing tickets will not be available for exchange or refunds after ticket cancellation time has passed.
