Yoga, Tae Kwon Do, Korean Classes

Hello all,

So i've wasted my past couple of months here, and I actually want to be productive in my life now... I am looking for good Yoga classes, Tae Kwon Do classes, and beginner Korean Language classes located on or near Yeongdo.  Any information or recommondations about any of these 3 things would be greatly apprecaited!

For all things martial arts

For all things martial arts check out this post from the old forums

You can find yoga classes at pretty much any gym (health club) just look up at all the signs around you for 헬스 (think my spelling is right)

For Korean classes there are two major providers in Busan, KLIFF and PS Korean

http://www.kliff.co.kr/

PS Korean is located in PNU area and I think now Namcheon area, KLIFF is located in PNU and Haeundae.

There are also courses available at Pukyong National University (Line 2, Kyung Sung / Pukyoung) and Dong Seo University (Line 2, Naenjeong). And I would guess that other universities also probably have them as well.

Traditional Ashtanga Yoga (Mysore-Style) PNU

Hi,

Depending on what you're looking for in yoga classes - I'd highly recommend the shala (studio) in PNU.  I've been practicing there since June and have thoroughly enjoyed it.  It's run by Korean staff and there is an English speaking teacher.

Ashtanga is the oldest form of hatha yoga and they teach the traditional method here.

Let me know if you want more details.  Most classes are 9-11, M-F
