I don't know of anywhere in Busan, but have never looked for them. I know Kim and Joes stock various board games, but no idea about crib.
Boards are available online for 40-60 bucks. Seems steep to me.

I know that there is a board game supply shop online based in Korea but I
don't exactly remember the site address.
If anybody knows this info please post. I'd like to have the details.
Lottemart, Home Plus and E-mart carry a few western board games in the toy section..
